Common questions regarding our vintage shopping service

Most of the shops in Japan don’t accept any returns. All sales are final.

Yes, most of our partner stores guarantee authenticity, which means you can return the item if it’s proofen to be not authentic. However, if you order from a Japanese online marketplace there is no guarantee. Most marketplaces provide buyer protection, but unfortunately not all.

The store is responsible if an item is proofen to be fake. JPNECT will never be responsible but we will do our best to support you in such a situation.

Yes, import taxes are required from the country you are living in. The amount depends on the country, please make sure to do some research.

You cannot cancel an order after the merchandise has been purchased. JPNECT does not accept returns and does not make refunds for purchased items.

Unfortunately, nobody. We are dealing with used products, differences in condition or perception might occur. JPNECT shall never be made responsible for that. However, we are doing our best to expose the items condition as clear as possible.

If you receive the wrong item, please let us know as soon as possible. We will contact the store to exchange the products.

We don’t have or own stock ourselves. We offer a shopping service. You can see some items uploaded on our social media channels, we don’t have any website to show products. You can contact us via messenger to ask for videos or pictures.
